Bill Heine in the twenty-first century

Got email this morning from Anne Loretto who co-curated the group exhibit in Cherry Valley, NY last October, for which I received an invitation, prompting this reminiscence about old buddy Bill Heine, artist, jazz musician, magician, beat semi-legend, and the man with whom I formed a mutual link to eternity during a moment of truth in 1968 when, hurled into the black night air of a storm at sea we expected to die in the next instant. Anne wrote to bring my attention to Heine's new web site. At last there's someone on the Web worth knowing!
